  1. Personal data protection



  1. The purpose of this policy is to provide you with as much information as possible on how your personal data will be processed in compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, as well as in compliance with other applicable French and EU legislation and in particular the RGPD (European Regulation of April 27, 2016).

  2. The Privacy Policy is not of a contractual nature and does not create any obligation beyond what is already provided for by the aforementioned regulations on the protection of personal data.

  3. MILUTKA may freely update and modify this Policy. The latest version is the one posted on the Site. When your consent is required, MILUTKA will obtain it.

The provision of personal data by the Customer in the Online Shop is voluntary but necessary in order to take advantage of our store's functionalities such as: the placing by the Customer of an Order (the conclusion of a Sales Contract), the registration of an Account (the conclusion of a Service Contract) or the use of our forms.

The data required to conclude a Contract, whatever it may be, is indicated in advance in the Online Shop (we indicate the data necessary to take advantage of a contract or to benefit from a given functionality), within the framework of other communication channels or in the GTC. Failure to provide personal data may result in the impossibility of carrying out the above-mentioned actions.

The newsletter of MILUTKA is sent on the basis of your consent in accordance with art. 6 lit a) of the RGPD. To receive the newsletter, you must enter your e-mail address in the field provided on our website. We will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail. Consequently, we will not send you a newsletter by e-mail without your prior confirmation and authorization. In the context of the Data Controller's use of tools supporting its daily operations provided for example by companies such as Google, the Customer's Personal Data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States or to another country, in which an entity cooperating with the aforementioned companies maintains tools for processing Personal Data in cooperation with the Data Controller.

The appropriate security of the Personal Data transferred has been ensured by the Data Controller by applying the standard data protection clauses adopted, in accordance with the decision of the European Commission as well as the contracts containing data processing agreements, which meet the requirements of the RGPD.

  1. you have the right to access your personal data,

  2. you can correct them,

  3. you can request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR,

  4. you have the right to restrict the processing of your data to the extent specified by the GDPR.

  1. If you provide us with your personal data or if we collect them ourselves, you can exercise your right to object.

  2. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by MILUTKA.

  3. If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In France, this is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, and its website is available at this address: https://www.cnil.fr/.





  1. Retention and deletion periods for your personal data



  1. We will retain your data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of processing. We will retain your data collected in connection with contract processing until the expiry of any legal or contractual warranty and guarantee claims. Once this period has expired, we retain the information relating to the contractual relationship required by commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law. During this period (regularly ten years from the conclusion of the contract), data will only be reprocessed in the event of an audit by the tax authorities. With regard to other purposes pursued by us, please take into consideration the duration of the following regulations.
